Can I cancel my subscription at any time? ▸
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard with one click — no support call required. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you're charged nothing. After that, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we'll never charge you again.
Does the scanner work with all UK portals? ▸
Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and OpenRent are fully supported with one-click extension scanning. We also support EI Group and Boomin in beta. For off-portal lots, paste any URL or use the manual underwrite form.
How accurate is the refurbishment cost estimator? ▸

Can I share my PDF reports with others? ▸

What payment methods do you accept? ▸
